2 pounds ground beef
1 large onion, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced
3 - 4 cans light red kidney beans or pinto beans
1 can Original Rotel tomatoes
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can corn
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 package ranch salad dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion, drain. Put meat in slow cooker and add rest of ingredients. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Can also be cooked on top of stove for an hour. Serve with corn chips and garnishes (shredded cheese, sour cream, or sliced green onions) if desired.
