4 cups soft bread torn into pieces
(you can use old bread)
1 cup of skim milk
4 eggs
½ cup of sugar
¼ cup melted butter or margarine
1 large can of pineapple tidbits drained

Directions:
Directions:
Soften bread cubes with milk. Beat eggs, add sugar and melted butter. Add pineapples and all. Mix together well. Spray casserole with Pam and pour mixture into dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or more until golden brown on top and a knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
