4 chicken breasts, boiled, boned, & cut up 2 6 oz. pkgs. Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice, prepared according to pkg. directions. 1 med. onion, chopped 3/4 c. chopped celery 2 cans of cream of chicken soup 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained 3/4 c. real mayonnaise
Mix all together & put in a buttered casserole & top with crused potato chips. Bake @ 350 covered for 30 mins. Remove cover and & bake 30 more mins. to brown.
