1 c. sour cream
1 c. real mayonnaise
2 large green onions, chopped - tops & all
1 pkg. Knorr Spring Vegetable soup mix
2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained: Squeeze out all excess water.
1 can diced water chestnuts, drained
