1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" cubes
1 cup snow peas




Glaze:
3 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
3 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp chicken broth (apple juice can be substituted)
shake in crushed chili peppers to taste (the kind you shake on pizza)

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together ingredients for glaze and set aside. Cook chicken in oil over medium heat, four minutes or until almost done. Add snow peas and continue cooking. Stir in peanut butter mixture and broth and cook for a few more minutes until the peanut butter melts. Then with more broth if desired.
