1 pint of cottage cheese, drained 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper 1/4 c. chopped green onion 1/4 c. chopped celery 2 T. real mayonnaise Lemon pepper to taste
Mix all together. Core & remove pulp from tomatoes. (Save pulp for soup or other recipe.) Stuff with mixture & serve chilled. If you don't want to make the mess that tomatoes make, just put cheese on lettuce leave and serve with halved cherry tomatoes.
