4 c. whole pecans
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large saucepan and heat over medium heat until the mixture begins to boil. Stir constantly until the sugar dries onto the pecans. May take up to 15 minutes of boiling, so be patient....it's worth the wait. Once mixture congeals onto nuts, pour out onto waxed paper to cool. Keeps well in airtight container.
