1 lb chocolate covered graham cracker cookies (56 cookies) crushed
1/4 c butter or margarine, melted
2 envelopes whipped topping mix
1 c cold milk
1 t vanilla
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
2 cans cherry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Set aside 1/4 c cookie crumbs
Combine remaining cookies with butter and spread into 13x9 pan. Set aside.
In mixing bowl, combine whipped topping mix, milk and vanilla. Beat at low speed til blended, then high for 4 minutes or thickened with stiff peaks.
Add cream cheese and beat til smooth.
Spread over crust; top with pie filling and sprinkle with reserved cookies.
Refrigerate for 12- 24 hours

This is what Megan and Sara ask for whenever I make dessert. I do 1/2 with the pie filling and 1/2 without as one of them doesn't like the cherries
