Frozen hash browns
10-12 eggs
2 cups milk
1 lb. pork sausage
cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9 x 13 in pan with pam. Dump hash browns in the pan until they are 1/2 - 3/4 in. thick. Spread them evenly. Crack the eggs into a bowl and break the yolks, Pour over the hash browns. Pour the milk over the eggs. Brown the sausage and sprinkle that on top of the milk. Sprinkle with salt and peper. Cover with grated cheddar cheese. Put a cover over this and refrigerate overnight. The next morning bake at 350 for 1 hr.
