2 c. crumbled cornbread (leftover is good)
2 c. cooked yellow squash
1 large onion, chopped
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. water
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 stick of margarine or butter, melted

Directions:

Mix all together and pour into an oiled baking dish. Bake uncovered @ 350 for 30 mins.

Personal Notes:
May use 1 med. onion plus 3 - 4 green onions. If using green onions, sprinkle some chopped green tops over casserole for color.
