2-1/3 c. flour divided
2 c. quick oats
1 c. b. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. margarine melted
2 c. semi sweet choc. chips
1-1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. carmel ice cream topping

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 cups flour, oats, b. sugar, and salt. Stir in margarine. Reserve 1 cup. Press remaining mixture into ungreased 9x13 in pan. Bake at 350 for 15 min. Sprinkle with choc. chips and walnuts. Combine carmel topping with the remaining 1/3 cup flour. Drizzle over base. Sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min or until lightly browned.
