2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. Crisco
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
Icing:
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick oleo
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
Chopped pecans, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together sugar and flour. In a medium saucepan, add oleo, water, Crisco, and cocoa and cook to a rolling boil. Pour over flour and sugar mixture. Add the eggs, buttermilk, soda, vanilla and salt. Mix well. Pour into a greased & floured 9"x13" cake pan. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes. To prepare icing, mix the oleo, milk, and cocoa in a small saucepan melting completely. Pour over powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Ice cake while hot.
