1 German Choc. cake mix
1 lb. bag Kraft Carmels
1/2 c. butter
1/3 cup milk
6 oz. choc. chips
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to package. Pour 3/4 of the batter into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 20 min. at 350. Melt carmels, butter, and milk. Pour over the cake when it comes out of the oven. Sprinkle nuts and choc. chips and swirl this. Pour the rest of the cake batter over the carmel mixture and bake for another 20 min. Serve with whipped cream.
