40 Ritz crackers crushed
1/4 cup. margarine melted
2 cups Rhubarb that is cut up
1 cup sugar
3 Tblsp. corn starch
5 oz instant vanilla pudding
8 oz cool whip
1 cup mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the crushed Ritz crackers and margarine. Press in a 9x13 cake pan or tupperware container. Set in the refrigerator. Bring to a boil the 2 cups of Rhubarb, sugar, and corn starch. You may double this if you like. Remove from heat and cool. Pour over the crust. Mix the pudding according to the box. Pour over the rhubarb mixture. Mix the cool whip and the marshmallows. Put on top of the pudding. Put in the freezer. Keeps for months in a tupperware container. Let dessert thaw before serving.
