1 New sand pail and shovel
1-1/2 to 2 lbs Oreos well crushed
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 cup powered sugar
3-1/2 c. milk
2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1(12oz) cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Mix together the milk, pudding, then add the cool whip. Slowly add this to the cream cheese mixture and mix well. Put 1/2 - 1 inch of cookie crumbs in the bottom of the pail. Add a layer of cream filling then another layer of crumbs, another layer of cream filling etc. ending with about an inch of crumbs. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Decorate with gummy worms. Serve with your new shovel

You can use white pudding with this also if all the Chocolate is to much.
