1 1/2 c shredded cooked turkey
4 c broth
1 28-oz. can whole peeled, or diced tomatoes
1 4-oz. can chopped green chilies
2 roma (plum) tomatoes
One onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 T lime juice
1/2 t cayenne pepper
1/2 t ground cumin
salt and pepper to taste
1 avacado, peeled, pitted and diced
1/2 t dried cilantro
1 c shredded monterey jack cheese
corn, nacho or tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot over medium heat, combine turkey, broth, canned tomatoes, green chilies, fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic and lime juice. Season with cayenne, cumin, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes.

Stir in avacado and cilantro. Simmer 15-20 minutes longer, until slightly thickened. Spoon into serving bowls and garnish with cheese and tortilla chips.
