2 16 oz. cans whole carrots 1 tbsp. onion, minced 1/2 c. Hellman's mayonnaise 1 tbsp. horseradish 1/4 cup saltines, crushed 2 tbsp. butter
Drain carrots, reserving 1/4 cup liquid. Put carrots in 9" square baking dish. Mix the liquid onion, mayonnaise and horseradish. Pour over carrots. Sprinkle saltines on top. Dot with butter. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees
