1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 med. onion, chopped
1 10 1/2oz. can tomato soup
1 10 1/2 oz. can mushroom soup
2 - 3 tbsp. soy sauce
11 3 oz. can mushrooms, sliced
2 cups chow mein noodles
1/2 cup salted cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef lightly. Add celery and onions and saute. Stir in soup, soy sauce, mushrooms, and 3/4 of the noodles, reserving 1/2 cup. Bake uncovered in 2 quart baking dish 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle remaining noodles and cashews over top. Bake 10 minutes more uncovered. Serve over rice.
