1 loaf French bread ( wide at ends if possible)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. or less brick sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Spice Islands Fine Herbs

Directions:
Directions:
Split bread open. Mix cheese and mayonnaise well. Spread generously over bread. Sprinkle with paprika and fine herbs.

Bake at 400 degree until hot and bubbly - about 10 to 15 minutes. Cut into wide slices.

Note: Also good as an appetizer.
