2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt. Beat butter, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Add flour mixture and mix. Chill until easy to handle (20 minutes). Roll into small balls and roll balls in mixture of 2 tbsp. sugar and 2 tbsp. cinnamon. Put onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 4oo degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not over bake!
