4 tbsp. butter
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chjopped
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt.
1 1lb. can tomatoes
1 (51/2 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
1 8 oz. pkg, Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
2 cups cooked turkey, cubed
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet. Add onion, green pepper, oregano, and salt; saute until onion is transparent. Add tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes. Layer half the chips, cheese and turkey in a 2 1/2 qt. casserole and spoon on half the sauce. Repeat layers,ending with the sauce.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Spoon sour cream over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Continue to bake 5 - 8 minutes or until the cheese melts. Makes 6 serving
