1 16 oz. can of cream style corn
1 16 oz. can whole kernel corn
1 can yellow hominy, drained
1 egg, well-beaten
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. shredded colby cheese
2 slices of uncooked bacon, chopped in small pieces
dash of paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn and hominy and add egg and salt. Put in a 2 quart casserole that has been sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with cheese, bacon pieces, & paprika. Bake at 375 for 30 mins.
