2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup baking cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 c. hot water.
Frosting your choice
Sprinkles if you want

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Stir in oil, buttermilk and eggs. Add water and stir until combined. Pour into a greased 13x9 in pan. Bake at 350 for 35-38 min. or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clea. Cool completely. Frost.

I like to put a peanut butter frosting on this cake. Powder sugar, peanut butter and milk. Chocolate and peanut butter together makes for a yummy treat.
