Oven 450º. Line a 9" round pan with foil. Place custard cup in middle, lighlty greased. Melt margarine and cheese. Place in pan. Cut biscuits into quarters and form wreath. Bake 14 minutes. Turn onto serving platter. Sprinkle with bacon and parsley.
