pork chops potatoes cream of chicken or mushroom soup enough water to cover
Salt and pepper chops. Roll in flour. Braise in hot grease (small amount). Place in casserole or oblong cake pan. Slice potatoes cross-wise; place on top of chops. Mix soup with enough water to cover. Sprinkle a little salt over top and cover. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
