1 1/2 lb tenderized boneless round steak
1 1/2 tbsp oil
2 lg onions, cut into 1/2 inch rings
4 oz mushrooms
1 can cream mushroom coup
1/2 cup dry sherry
1 1/2 tsp garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into thin strips, brown in oil. Add onions, saute til tender crisp. Blend in soup, sherry, garlic - pour over steak, add mushrooms, simmer, cover for 1 hour. Serve over rice.
