1/2 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup softened margarine
1 1/2 cup flour
Blend well, pat into 9 x 13 pan, bake 350 to golden.

Filling:
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tap vanilla
Beat until smooth. Spread over crust. Top with fruit slices - variety of your choice.

Glaze:
1 cup fuit juice
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp corn starch
Blend well and heat until thickened, pour over fruit. Cool completely.

Possible fruits:
Peaches
Pineapple
blueberries
strawberries
bananas
mandarin oranges
raspeberries
