Crust: crush 1 lb pkg oreo cookies, mixed with 1/2 cup butter. Pat in 9 x 13 pan.
Filling: Spread 1 1/2 cups spanish peanuts on crust, over this put 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream. Freeze.
Topping:
Mix and boil 8 minutes:
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
2/3 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter. Cool and put on top of ice cream. Freeze
