1 pkg. (20 oz.) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. beef bouillon granules
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1/3 c. chopped oonion
1 c. small-curd cottage cheese
3 eggs, lightly beaten
4 slices process American cheese, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, butter and bouillon. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook sausage and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. In a large bowl, combine the sausge mixture, cottage cheese, eggs and American cheese.
Pour into crust. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knif inserted near the center comes out clean.
