1/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 to 3/4 c. olive oil
8 c. torn fresh spinach
8 c. torn lettuce
4 medium fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

In a blender or food processor, combine the first eight ingredients. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream. Precess until sugar is dissolved. In a salad bowl, comvine the spinach, leturc, peaches and bacon. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Serve innediately.
