3 lbs. round steak ground
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 T parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
dash of pepper,
15 eggs (5 eggs to each pound of ground beef)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and add plain bread crumbs till molded firm. Fry over low heat until done.
