1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs whites, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Topping:
2 c. whipped cream
4 c. sliced fresh peaches
1/2 c. sugar or honey

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Stir in egg whites and extract. Line a baking sheet with foil; grease foil well. Spread coconut muxture into a 9 inch circle on foil. Bake at 325 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack. Refrigerate overnight.
Place the crust on a serving plate; spread with whipped cream. Combine peaches and sugar; spoon over cream.
