1 wheel of brie
1 Puff pastry, rolled thin
1 Jar of apricot jam
1 egg beat with 1 tablespoon of water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Arrange brie in the center of puff pastry. 2. Coat with a generous amount of apricot jam. 3. Brush the edges of dough with egg wash. 4. Fold the dough over the cheese and seal the edges. 5. Turn the cheese over and bake on a sheet sprayed with Pam. 6. Bake in a 375 degree preheated oven until golden brown (about 15 minutes)
