1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp salad oil
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar, oil, egg and milk in large mixing bowl. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt, spread batter in 9 x 13 pan . Sprinkle with the following mixture:
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Dot with margarine. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Serve warm.
