1 quart milk, scalded
1/4 cup long grain rice
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. In a 1 1/2 quart baking dish, combine all ingredients. Bake for 2 1/2 hours, stirring every 20 minutes. This will give the pudding a creamy texture.
