3 cups Bisquick
1 lb. hot or mild sausage
1 lb. (or 1 10 oz. package) cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix by hand

Combine into a soft dough. Roll into balls the size of walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes. Serve hot.
