6 eggs
1/4 cup suagr
3/4 cup flour
4 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
grated rind of 1/2 lemon
Lingonberry sauce or jam

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light. Beat in sugar. Add flour and beat until smooth. Add lemon rind and milk. Mix thoroughly. Let stand 1 hour. Melt butternin 9 x 13 pan or frying pan. Stir batter again and pour into pan. Bake in hot oven, 425, for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve ar once with lingonberry sauce or jam.
