2 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups milk
3 tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together. Seperate eggs. Add yolks to milk and mix well. Sift flour mixture about 1/3 at a time into eggs and milk, mixing well together each time. When all flour mixture has been added, mix in melted butter. Beat egg whites until stiff, then fold into batter.
