6-8 ripe peaches peeled and cut into large chunks
3/4 C sugar
4 T butter
3 eggs, beaten
3 T evaporated milk
Pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Place peach chunks into a pie shell. I use the Keebler Ready-Crust--either graham cracker or shortbread. Melt the butter over medium heat, add the sugar and mix well. Add the eggs and milk. Stir until just mixed and pour over the peaches. Bake at 375 until the center is firm--40-50 min.
