3 c. sweet potatoes (2-3 med or lg.)
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter

CRUMB TOPPING:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla milk and melted butter. Put into casserole.
Combine the crumb topping and put on top of potatoes.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
