1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm Corn Bread Stuffing
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. cooked whole kernel corn
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
4 boneless pork chops 3/4" thick
1 T. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. spicy-brown mustard

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix stuffing, soup, corn, onion, and celery. Spoon into greased 9" pie plate. Arrange chops over stuffing.
2. Mix sugar and mustard. Spoon over chops and bake at 400 for 30 min. or until chops are done. Remove chops. Stir stuffing.
