4 medium baking potatoes
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 to 1/3 cup half & half
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions or chives
1 - 8oz pkg imitation crab meat chopped
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes and bake at 425 for 45 to 55 minutes or until tender. When cool enough to handle cut potatoes lengthwise. Carefully scoop out pulp into bowl, leaving a thin shell. set aside shells. Beat or mash potatoes with butter, half & half, salt, and pepper until smooth. Using a fork stir in cheese and onions. Gently mix in crab. Stuff back into shells. Sprinkle with paprika. Return to the oven for 15 minutes or until heated through.
