25 medium tomatoes 25 hot peppers 3 green peppers 3 medium onions 1 tsp. salt 3 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Dice hot peppers, green peppers and onions. Peel and quarter tomatoes. Cook everything together for 15 minutes. Cool slightly and run through blender for 2 or 3 seconds. Reheat, put into jars and seal while hot.
