2 Eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
FROSTING:
1 pkg. 8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 c. powder sugar
1/2 c. flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350
In large mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; add to egg mixture alternately with pineapple. Stir in walnuts.
Pour into greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake 35-40 minutes
In small bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, and powder sugar until smooth. Frost cake. Sprinkle with coconut.
