1 cup warm water 1 pkg yeast 2 T oil 3 T sugar 2 1/2 to 3 cups flour 2 tsp salt dash of pepper
Dissolve yeast in warm water in bowl, stirring until dissolved. Add oil and sugar mix. Add flour, salt & pepper. Mix well, shape into smooth ball. Grease lightly. Place in bowl and cover; let rise for 10 minutes. Grease hands and baking sheet. Press out gently until sheet is covered. Pour 1 can pizza sauce onto crust. Add desired toppings and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400º.
