1 boneless pork loin
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 small can chopped black olives, drained
1 small jar sun dried tomatoes, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Trim the pork loin removing fat. Cut in the middle lengthwise leaving about 1 inch on the back side. Pound out to stuff.

Mix feta cheese, black olives and sun dried tomatoes. Use a little olive oil to bind together. Stuff meat and rope together. Cook at 375 for 1 hour or depending on the size of your pork loin, 170 on a meat thermometer.
