White Mixture:
1 8 oz. package cream cheese (softened)
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
12 oz. bag of mini-choc chips (I use 3/4 bag)

Black Mixture:
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 T. white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt from white mixture.
2. Add choc. chips, stir and set aside.
3. Combine dry ingredients from Black Mixture.
4. Add other ingredients.
5. Fill mini-muffin tins (w/ paper liners), 1/2 full of black batter. Drop about a tsp. of white batter into center of each.
6. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes
