4 Chicken breasts
6 T butter or margarine, melted
6 T fine dry bread crumbs
3 T grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp dried oregano, crushed
4 carrots (or a bunch of baby carrots)
4 med. potatoes, peeled & cubed
Dried dillweed

Directions:
Directions:
Brush chicken and veggies with some of the butter. Roll chicken in mixture of bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese & oregano to coat. Place chicken in 9 x 13 baking pan. Halve whole carrots crosswise then lengthwise (or add baby carrots whole). Arrange cut up carrots & potatoes around chicken in pan. Sprinkle chicken & veggies generously with salt & pepper. Bake in 375 oven for 30-45 minutes. Sprinkle potatoes with dill weed.
