3 tbsp. molasses
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. cider vinegar
1 (1 pound) ham steak, trimmed of all fat

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a nonstick grill pan with cooking spray and set over menium-high heat. Combine the molasses, brown sugar, mustard, and vinegar. Put the ham in the grill pan and cook, berushing frrequently with the glaze, until lightly browned, about 4 minutes per side.
