1st Bowl:
2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 stick butter (Melted)
Mix together

2nd Bowl:
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup + 2 Tablespoons Small curd cottage cheese
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 (10 oz) package chopped broccoli (thawed and drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and add the two bowls together. Pour in lightly greased 9x13 pan and bake 30 minutes in oven (400 degrees)
